About Me:
Hello! I'm Tammy Keffas, a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. My journey into the world of massage therapy began in 1995 in Florida, where I embarked on a transformative six-month vocational training program. Following this, I dedicated myself to social work, serving as a mental health case worker in New York until 1999.
Driven by my commitment to helping others achieve well-being, I pursued further education, earning my Associates in Occupational Studies of Massage Therapy in New York by 2001. I became a licensed and certified therapist, setting the stage for my career in this field, and gaining valuable massage therapy certifications along the way.
As life unfolded, I embraced the joys of starting a family while simultaneously establishing my own massage therapy practice. To expand my expertise, I became Power Pilates certified in 2005, enabling me to incorporate this complementary discipline into my wellness experiences.
Never ceasing my quest for knowledge, I continued my educational pursuits, culminating in obtaining a BA in Health Studies/Health Education in 2009. My dedication to advancing my skills led me to acquire a Massage Therapy license in Tennessee in 2010. Two years later, I acquired Bodyworks in Franklin, TN, further solidifying my commitment to offering exceptional massage therapy services in the community.
